Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Estimation of Bills of Quantities for tender document
- Prepare and interpret specification drawings for use to ensure completed works meet specification and safety standards
- Creating electrical schematics and control rack, panel, enclosure layout drawings per Electrical & Mechanical Engineering directions.
- Creating and modifying electrical symbols and panel layout blocks using AutoCAD Electrical
- Creating drawing component layouts in 3D
- Creating/generating reports from the electrical schematics. i.e. drawing index, PLC, wire, and cable from/to lists.
- Working in and modifying project BOM’s to aid engineers in procurement process.
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain and confirm information on products necessary to complete electrical schematics and layouts.
- Any other related works
Qualifications
- HND/DEGREE in Electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
